By Submitting images to AMRracing.com, I hereby grant to AMRracing.com and to
its associated or affiliated companies (hereinafter “AMR Racing”) the
irrevocable right to reproduce, publish and publicly display the photograph, to
distribute copies thereof to the public, and to prepare derivative works based
thereon, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with printed
matter, or in composite form, and in any medium, anywhere in the world, for
editorial, commercial, promotional, and/or other business purposes.
I represent that I have obtained all relevant permissions, releases, and
consents necessary to use the photograph, and I agree to release, discharge, and
hold harmless AMR Racing and its directors, officers, agents, employees, and
customers from any and all claims, actions or demands of any kind, including but
not limited to any claims of libel, invasion of privacy, or copyright
